For physical products purchased through our services, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. For services, cancellation policies apply as outlined in your service agreement.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
If you are returning an item due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For returns initiated by the customer for reasons other than defects or errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original method of payment.

For event services, cancellation policies are outlined in your service agreement. Generally, cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any costs already incurred.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the circumstances and costs already incurred.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
